It could come in many forms of legit reasons. Birthday party at work or home, family get together's filled with goodies of all sorts, the playoff games with the chips and soda or beer, even your traditional holiday dinners. Your challenge must not be ignored, you must stand your ground and withdrawal, run away, or find some other item to focus your attentions on so you can keep from the torture just to the right or left of you.

ReplyDeleteI agree! You will definitely see improvements on your weekly "weigh in" when you remain diligent in whatever you do. I still get shocked each week when I do my check in/up.
DeleteMake sure you're making some kind of progress report each week so you can look back and see your improvements. That's key! Whether it be written, photoed, or whatever way depending on what your challenge(s) may be.
